As the Founder of WDH, my background includes global leadership roles as COO of R/GA and Chief Transformation Officer at Havas, where I led enterprise operations, delivery, production, commercial discipline, and AI workflow implementation across large, complex networks. I focus on building systems and ways of working that create clarity, accountability, and scale.

My approach is grounded in industry-leading best practices — including co-authoring the 4A’s Agency Operations & Business Transformation (AOBT) Standard and co-chairing the 4A’s AOBT committee shaping modern delivery, PMO design, and operational transformation across agencies.
